It was SO well organized, it was clear you’d thought of everything. The dough pickup and instructions, the overhead/wide angle camera, the bagel history.... I LOVED it. You are a great, engaging, funny teacher!

I really enjoyed this class. I have been wanting to learn how to make bagels from you for a while. You made everything really clear and I liked how you engaged everyone in the class. I liked all the trivia too. You are a natural and it was a lot of fun.
