Starter to Nosh
Learn to make the most authentic bagels you've ever tasted. This hands-on workshop includes every step; from feeding the starter to noshing on freshly baked bagels. You will prepare and shape dough by hand, boil, top with seeds, and bake bagels. Participants take home starter, dough to shape, boil, and bake at home, and a detailed recipe.
Private workshop - $360 for up to four people. You can add up to two more participants for $90 each.
Public workshop - $118 per person. Held on select Saturdays and Sundays, 11am to 2pm. Workshop is open to up to six participants.
